The term Kunsthalle generally expresses an artistic institution that bases its program on temporary exhibitions. Space for 20th and 21st century art with a strong dramaturgical and educational program focused on visitors from among experts, as well as those who are just discovering their way to art.
Chiharu Shiota: The Unsettled Soul
The Unsettled Soul is Chiharu Shiota's first solo exhibition in the for her captivating spatial installations, which address profound Czech Republic. This internationally acclaimed artist is renowned human themes such as life, death, and interpersonal relationships. In her large-scale installations, Shiota often incorporates various objects and memorabilia. As part of her artistic exploration of themes of existence and absence, Shiota also works with drawing, sculpture, photography, and video.
